Week of Jan. 16-20
Monday: Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday. Go to the parade. ReadTheory 100 points (for a total of 900 points).
Tuesday: Take notes on Rhetorical Devices.
Wednesday: Read the Gettysburg Address looking for rhetorical devices.
Thursday: Grammar test on sentence structure. Students can use their notes. Must staple notes to test as part of test grade.
Friday: Silent Reading. Bring a book of your choice. **Many students did not finish the test yesterday. They were given the opportunity to finish test in lieu of silent reading. ReadTheory 100 points (for a total of 900 points).

Monday: We will be in lab 614 for PM testing; reading portion today. ReadTheory 100 points (for a total of 1000 points). Students will be required to write an introduction to the writing prompt and submit it in Google classroom. Due by the end of PM testing.
Tuesday: We will continue PM testing in lab 614.
Wednesday: I have booked the lab for today, just if we need it. Transition assignment in google classroom. Due Monday, Feb. 3.
